Located 10 miles south west of Norwich, this first class hotel is set in its own 250 acre estate. It is ideal for both business and leisure guests, with comfortable bedrooms and an extensive on-site leisure club with squash and tennis courts plus two 18-hole golf courses. There are 52 en-suite bedrooms including four-poster rooms and spacious Suites, a choice of dining options including the two AA Rosette Flints Restaurant or the more informal Sports Bar & Café. A Room service menu is also available. Four dedicated and versatile conference and meeting rooms with syndicate rooms, ample free parking for over 200 cars and a helicopter landing area.

There are 2 restaurants: Flints Restaurant and the informal Sports Bar & Cafe.

The award-winning Flints Restaurant provides a tranquil atmosphere that is complimented with light and airy decor and views across the River Yare Valley golf course. Innovative seasonal A'la carte and daily table d'hote menus, using only the finest and freshest local ingredients with an extensive wine list makes this a real dining experience. For a more informal, upbeat atmosphere the Sports Bar and Café is a must, with soft sofas, wooden floor and relaxing terrace area where you can enjoy your food al fresco during the summer months. It is very popular with hotel guests. During the day, light meals and snacks are available including pasta, steaks, baguettes and salads. Major sports events are featured on a six foot TV screen in one area of the Bar, but this is in no way intrusive to diners.
